Device Servicing Appointment

Our expert engineers will:

• Perform a full diagnostic check
• Clean and calibrate internal components
• Test functionality and performance
• Replace any worn or faulty parts (parts charged separately if needed)
• Provide a service report for your records

• Extend your warranty: £99-£299+VAT
• Replacement Parts or non-warranty repairs: Enquire when booking

Duration: Our engineer needs up to an hour with your device. Smaller devices like the R|F and T|R take up to 5 days unless booked with other devices, as we will require your device to be returned to us.

Available Days: Monday–Friday

Payment: Pay in full or spread the cost using one of the payment methods at checkout.

How to book: Select your device, and pay for your service, choosing to pay in full or spread the cost. Once purchased, a member of our team will contact you with our next available dates. Availability is usually within 14 days.

💡 Tip: Regular servicing (every 12 months) can prevent costly repairs and prolong your device’s lifespan.
