Yes, all Derma Group devices are legal for use in the UK and have undergone the required registration processes. However, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary licenses for their clinic and location.

Do Derma Group devices come with warranty?

Yes, all Derma Group devices come with a warranty specific to your chosen device.

Does Derma Group offer a servicing service for devices?

Yes, Derma Group has a network of engineers nationally that can attend to your device (Fees will apply).

Does Derma Group offer training for my device?

Yes, all of our devices include training from our experienced professionals.

Does Derma Group offer treatment training (eg. Level 4 Laser training)?

Yes. Derma Group is fully CPD-accredited with all the devices and courses provided.

Does Derma Group have a customer service help line?

When purchasing a device, you will be given Derma Group's WhatsApp contact details, where a member of the team is always on hand to support you.

How long does it take to receive my device?

Currently our lead time is 4 weeks (updated daily).

How can you pay for your device at Derma Group?

You have 3 options: pay outright, pay via rental agreement, pay via finance.

Does Derma Group do credit checks?

Yes only when financing a device. Our rental agreement is based on affordability rather than credit.
