Yes. Derma Group has a network of engineers nationally that can attend to your device (fees will apply).

How long does it take to receive my device?

Currently our lead time is 4 weeks (updated daily).

Does Derma Group offer training for my devices?

Yes, all of our devices include training from our experienced professionals.

Does Derma Group offer treatment training (eg. Level 4 Laser training)?

Yes. Derma Group is fully CPD-accredited with all the devices and courses provided.

How can you pay for your device at Derma Group?

You have 3 options: pay outright, pay via rental agreement, pay via finance.

Do Derma Group do credit checks?

Yes, only when financing a device. Our rental agreement is based on affordability rather than credit.
