How It Works
What’s Included?

During your servicing appointment, our trained engineers carry out a complete diagnostic assessment, checking all internal systems and ensuring your device functions exactly as it should. This includes a full clean, calibration of internal components, and detailed performance testing. If any worn or faulty parts are identified, they can be replaced as needed (charged separately). At the end of the service, you’ll receive a full report outlining all checks and work completed for your records.

Professional Maintenance for Your Device

You can upgrade your servicing experience with extended warranty options ranging from £99-£299+VAT, depending on your device.

Replacement parts and non-warranty repairs are also available on request and will be quoted based on device condition. The servicing duration varies by model: large devices require up to one hour with the engineer, while smaller devices such as the Derma R|F and T|R may need to be returned to our facility for up to five days unless grouped with other serviced devices.

How to Book

How to Book the Service?

Booking your service is simple - select your device from the list and complete payment in full or choose a finance option at checkout. Once your purchase is confirmed, a member of our team will contact you with the next available servicing dates, typically within 14 days.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday.

Tip: For optimal performance and to prevent costly repairs, we recommend servicing your device every 12 months.
